We reserve the right to modify these terms and will update this page with the date of change. Users cannot use products for illegal activities or reproduce/resell items. We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, fraudulent activity or payment issues.

Customers must provide accurate purchase and account information.

Pricing

We maintain stable pricing but reserve discretion to adjust prices and discontinue products. Current pricing displays on the website; discontinued items are removed.

Checkout Process

The ordering sequence involves adding items to cart, proceeding to checkout, registering or continuing as a guest, providing delivery details, selecting payment method, and completing payment via Razorpay. You can pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or your Citrus Wallet.

Delivery & Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over INR 1000 domestically; an INR 150 charge applies below that threshold.
• International orders over USD 200 receive free shipping; smaller orders are charged approximately USD 35.
• We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two to three business days.
• Order tracking is available through logistics partner emails.

Return & Cancellation

Our policy follows an exchange/store credit model only — no refunds. Damaged goods require photographic evidence within 24 hours. Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellation requires email notification within 12 hours, before order processing, resulting in store credit.
