Complimentary shipping applies to purchases exceeding INR 1000. Orders under this threshold incur an INR 150 delivery fee.

During promotional periods, expect extended timelines of approximately 7-10 working days. No exchange/return on sale items.

International Shipping

Global delivery is available to most regions. International shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout. Transactions require Razorpay secure payment processing. Anticipated delivery spans 7-10 business days.

Returns

A 7-day return window follows product receipt. We do not accept returns on made to order pieces like clothing, jewellery & skincare.

Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items must remain unused and arrive in original condition. Quality verification occurs before approval.

Returned products generate store credit as coupon codes valid for 6 months across online and physical locations. Shipping costs remain excluded from refund calculations.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing. For cancellation please email feminaflauntsalon@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit replaces refunds.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
