Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000 we charge a nominal fee of INR 150.

During SALE, shipping time is longer than usual and will take upto 7-10 working days for delivery. No exchange/return on sale items.

International Shipping: We provide the option of international shipping to most destinations globally. For all international shipping orders kindly use razorpay secure for payments. International shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout. Orders will take ~7-10 business days for delivery.

Returns: You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on made to order pieces like clothing, jewellery & skincare.

No returns/exchange on SALE items.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Return will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.

All items can be returned for a credit coupon applicable for online & offline purchase (directly from us). The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code. 

You can use this coupon code for any future purchase within 6 months of receiving it.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email feminaflauntsalon@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.
